Working out can really really really suck. Having to wake up early/stay up late/skip a lunch out with coworkers to hit the 'gym' on site/etc. I hear ya, Sister, it totally sucks. That's why I'm here to give you simple workouts you can do anywhere in as little or as much time as you'd like!

A little clarification:
LATERAL RAISES (these can be done with soup cans if you don't have weights) Bring your arms up from your side to make a big "T".
FRONT RAISES (these can also be done with canned goods instead of weights) Bring your arms straight up to shoulder level in front of your body.
