One on One, individualized training at the location of your choice (your home, our studio, public park, etc). I create and implement custom fitness programs that work for your life.
Private sessions are ideal for the person who hasn't yet started a training regime, who wants to take her training to the next level, for the busy woman who just can't seem to make time for herself, and all who fall somewhere in between.
Children are welcome (though not required) at all sessions, allowing you to get in shape without having to sacrifice precious time with your family.
