Small Group Sessions
Small Group Sessions are ideal for like-minded groups of women. Typically, mom groups, expectant mother groups, or women with the same core goals. These sessions are one hour long and focus on differing levels of intensity and agility. The group will meet with the trainer to go over individual and collective goals before the workout program is implemented. Working in a small group will build a team mentality and energy that will keep each group member motivated to get through the workout, the friendly competition is helpful, too!
Small Group Sessions are held at the location of your choice: your house, place of employment, public parks, public trails, etc.
