Virtual Training

Designed for those who cannot make in person training sessions, virtual training brings custom fitness to your comfort zone. Through the use of an app on your smart device, a little determination and self-discipline will yield great results. 

A monthly subscription gives you access to customized workouts complete with instructional video clips, unlimited email support, weekly check-ins via Skype/FaceTime/phone. I take the equipment you have (coffee table counts) and create workouts that are doable in your time frame.
